Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made to Kalvora Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for automotive parts research, sourcing, and consulting services. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

Kalvora Services LLC provides professional, service-based offerings only, including:

  • Automotive parts research
     
  • Parts identification and compatibility verification
     
  • Supplier and sourcing assistance
     
  • Market and pricing research
     

We do not sell, manufacture, stock, ship, or distribute automotive parts.
Any purchase of automotive parts is made directly between the client and third-party suppliers.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet been initiated, including but not limited to research, sourcing, consultations, or supplier outreach
     
  • A refund request is submitted within a reasonable timeframe after payment
     
  • The request complies with this Policy
     

Once any portion of the service has begun, progressed, or been delivered, the service shall be deemed initiated and non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed or partially completed research reports
     
  • Consultations already conducted (verbal or written)
     
  • Supplier or sourcing information already shared
     
  • Any customized or client-specific research
     

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to:

  • Client name
     
  • Date of purchase
     
  • Description of the service purchased
     
  • Reason for the refund request
     

Incomplete requests may delay processing.

5. Refund Review & Approval

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approval or denial of a refund is at the sole discretion of Kalvora Services LLC, subject to the terms of this Policy.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 working days
     
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
     
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution
     

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
     
  • Provision of this Policy and related service records to the payment processor
     

8. No Physical Returns

Because Kalvora Services LLC does not sell or deliver physical goods, returns of automotive parts are not applicable.

All product-related disputes, returns, or warranty claims must be resolved directly with the third-party supplier from whom the parts were purchased.

9. Policy Modifications

Kalvora Services LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
