Kalvora Services LLC provides:

Automotive parts research
Parts identification and compatibility verification
Supplier and sourcing assistance
Market and pricing research

Kalvora Services LLC does not sell, manufacture, stock, ship, or distribute automotive parts.
All automotive parts purchases are made directly between the client and third-party suppliers.

2. Scope of Responsibility

Our services are limited to research, sourcing, and advisory support based on information provided by the client.

We are not responsible for:

Product quality, authenticity, or availability
Supplier performance or reliability
Shipping, delivery delays, or logistics
Warranty claims, installation, or fitment outcomes

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete vehicle and parts information. Kalvora Services LLC is not liable for errors or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.

4. Payments

Fees apply only to research, sourcing, and consulting services
Fees do not include the cost of automotive parts
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers such as Stripe

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalvora Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States.
